"To" email address in User Account - os07 - 2012-10-09

I am completing a site and find that when I attempt to send an email from the Contact form, the sending of the message fails and the system reports,

"Errors sending mail:

Invalid "to" mail address
No "to" address list provided

There is only one User - the Admin, and the proper address is filled in there. Why is this failing?

Because you have not designated a contact in the plugin options, I would guess.
