You probably got caught by the spam filter. We get roughly 100 spam postings in an hour, so really have little chance of noticing when one of our real users gets caught by accident.
If you notice that you appear to be blocked (you were) you can request us to un-block you. I have done that.
As for the post that caused this, I did not find it. Too much to look through I guess. Usually the things that trap real posts are URLs, specially when there are a lot of them compared to the rest of the text.
But all this is heuristic, so I really can't tell you what will work and what will not.
