Hey there, we have a ton of albums but recently we've uploaded a couple that aren't showing any images in the album folder or a thumbnail.

It now shows a thumbnail in the gallery since I chose an image manually, but none of the images will show in the album.

I tried renaming the folder on my local computer and uploading it with the same results.

I tried editing an image on my locale computer, saving it with a new name and it won't show up in the album either.

I tried manually uploading the album from within Zen and that didn't work.

I upgraded to the latest stable release and that did nothing.

the files are less than 1Meg so it's not a ram issue with large file sizes.

Any ideas?

Really can't tell anything since these folders seem protected from outside viewers.

So, maybe a better description of what is actually happening. Do you get place-holder images? If not then check to be sure your images are published. If so, check your error logs.

Do things work with a standard theme?

Hmm...can you try creating an album from within ZenPhoto and then uploading the images to that folder?

Ok, I'm back...essentially my last post detailed all the things I've tried including what's been suggested to no avail.

Then I posted the repeating portions of the error log.
Papyrus: I tried just uploading a folder from within zen but I don't think I tried creating an album and uploading the images directly to it. I'll try that now.

Please look at /zp-data/zenphoto.cfg. That should have definitions of those constants at the end. If those are not there you should remove it from the folder and re-run setup (save the database etc. data entered in the old one since you will of course need those).

Your configuration file may not have bot properly updated. The rewriteTokens plugin has a means for resetting these items to their proper defaults.

I posted a fairly short reply earlier today about file permissions and screwing them all up during the upgrade but it seems to have disappeared ...well, after a pretty big hassle I decided to re-install Zen.

So, I deleted the databases and all the files and started fresh...the only problem I came across was that my php version is only 5.2.17 and it recommends 5.4 I think.

Anyway, the install seemed to work fine and the first album I allowed to upload showed up great but all subsequent albums are doing the same old thing.

I guess it doesn't think there have been any errors because I can't find any error logs...no file in zp-data or option in the CP.

Does it not create the file till there is an actual error?

I had a look. All images show up just fine. (a bit slow though)

Note that you don't have to call jQuery. It's already loaded by the zp_apply_filter('theme_head') function in the `` of your pages.
