Unjable to login after fresh install - borntosucceed - 2013-10-03
Hi;
I have installed zenphoto for the first time. After the successful install I created the admin user and set the password. However it won't allow me to login due to incorrect password.
I have double checked the pwd and even did a new a new install with the same the result.
Retrieving pwd via email does not work either. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If there is no error in the logs we can only guess. Note that usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
If the reset via mail does not work you either didn't enter a proper mail address on your user accout or your server is not configured to send mails. Also make sure that one of the mail handler plugins of Zenphoto is active to be sure.

I had PHP 5.34 installed and upgraded this to 5.4.20. Re-installed zenphoto and it works this time.

Ok, might have been an issue in that PHP version, don't have those present naturally.
