I would like to submit pictures of my gallery on Images Google, in real size.

But currently, only size 100*100 was referenced in this search engine, while I would like to all my pictures with real size in Google.

Setup your theme (which you didn't mention) so it links to the full images. If you use protected links (see options) Google cannot crawl them.

Also try the sitemap plugin with the google images mode (beware of some notes as this might be performance hungry).

Addition: Also check your robots.txt. If you have an older one from an older ZP release (or an older ZP release) it might be pretty strict.

My theme is Default, and I don't use protected links.

For my robots.txt, there are no problem.
