After SEVERAL attempts, after 5 hours searching for it, I can not find how to add a contact form that works on my site. I try to edit files. Change settings and view all you need me but its still brand:
no comment
Closed for comments.

While on other topics such ZPbootstrap, it works great!

So what now: comment form or contact form? Really different things by different plugins.
The plugins for each are named accordingly and of course require the theme to be setup for it. See the theming tutorial if you are doing your own theme (what you didn't tell).

But if you get the message that means the comment form is there. The message tells that there are no comments and that they are disabled for this items. You can enable and disable it on each item directly.
