Hi,

I downloaded and installed Zenphoto just today. I wanted to add some users, but this seems to be very tedious:

• added first user, clicked "apply", all fine
• added second user, clicked "apply", got an error message that the password for user 1 is not allowed to be empty.

In the list of users, there are **** in the password field of user 1, and that user can login just fine. So it seems to me a bug of the entry form validation. I can reproduce this behaviour. Unfortunately this makes adding users very tedious for me:

• each time I want to add a new user, I have to re-enter all passwords of all existing (!) users again

Then I sometimes get the error, that the e-mail-address of user x is already in use by another user. But that new user does not have an e-mail address at all.

Running ZP on Debian 6 LTS. Browsers: Firefox 39.0.3/OS X, Safari 8.0.7/OS X.

To avoid the email warning you can/should just enter an email address (an email address will eventually be a requirement in the future anyway). Also see this ticket:

Haven't noticed your other issues working on other user stuff recently. We will need to reproduce those.

I just tried and so far I couldn't reproduce your issues sadly. Neither require all users mail addresses nor are passwords deleted for me.

Please review your error logs.
