Image and Album 'Desc' fields not updating in database - spencerkelly - 2007-03-13
I've currently got Zenphoto v1.0.8.1 working apart from the following fields aren't updating in the database:
TABLE albums FIELDS 'desc', 'place', 'sort_by'
TABLE images FIELDS 'title', 'desc'
The 'title' field on the albums table updates fine and so do entries to the comments table.
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem, or can anyone help?

After further investigation it appears that this only occurs if the current field value in the relevant database table is NULL. If I go into the table and manually enter something the 'edit' form within 'admin.php' starts to work!!??

1.0.8.1, or 1.0.8.2? There was a giant bug in 1.0.8.1, so if you have that, then you need to upgrade. I believe it resulted in this kind of problem.
If it's 1.0.8.2 we're talking about (or after you upgrade, if you still have this problem) then could you please give us a URL where we can see your gallery and try to diagnose the bug? Thanks!
