I'm confused as to why my tags are missing after upgrading. I see two issues.

1. The tag information does not show up on the image page even though the template (I switched to using Basic) does have the call to display them
2. The tags I assigned are not checked for that image in the admin area. I note that the tag summary does show tag counts, however.
   I don't see any related php errors in the log.
