i just update zenphoto from 1.0.8.2 to 1.1.3 and now i have problem with comments tags (seems there other people that also have problem with comments too) but thats not important

the things i need help is how to fix so i can use japanese character like before, back on 1.0.3 -> 1.0.8.2 i got no problem naming album with japanese character tag
but now seems its no longer working,
i already tried to change the character encoding from UTF-8 to shift_jis but it didnt work

so i hope anyone in here can help me with my problem
