Check to be sure there is an admin email address.

It is also possible that your server has restrictions on sending e-mails that could prevent zenphoto from doing it.

There is an email address in admin.

what kind of restrictions can have the server?

It can prevent SMTP mail sends and require that all mail go through one of its accounts. This is often done to control outgoing SPAM.

Hi there,

I hope its okay to ask same question and same problem here (I think).

I was using Binary Theme in ZenPhoto and you can check my Photo Gallery here: http://www.jamirdesign.com/photogallery

It seems fine all the options and links but when I'll try to test and send a new comment it doesn't show.

Please help me guys and you can try to comment in one of the image for you to see what I mean.

Thanks in advance.

Jason

I trust you have read all the comments to this thread. If you have checked all these things we probably do not know the cause.

Some questions:

What is the server software you are using on the site? Is it your own hosting or an ISP?
