Is a FLV or a movie file playable from an external album folder? - oizhztl - 2008-10-16 Hi, I have noted that FLVs and movie files are not playable when they are located in a Zenphoto external album folder (a different directory then Zenphoto installed root directory). Is there any solutions to make movie files located in an external album playable? Because of maintenance issues, I would like to have Zenphoto and the album located in separated directories, but in the same server. Thanks in advance. Is a FLV or a movie file playable from an external album folder? - mactable - 2009-01-16 @acrylian since i just searched for security solution, and i got this thread. i prefer to put albums folder outside from web folder because it is more secure, but flowplayer or flvplayer will not work. so, i have to place albums under web root, and rename it a hard guess name, but i found that the actual album name will be exposed when i play video (trace by firebug) would you please take a look at menalto gallery2, which could play flash video but no need under web root directory, can we do this in zenphoto? thx a lot! |
