Hi, Im a php newbie and i need some help. I plan on having a large number of albums, so i want to have a section on my index where i can have a featured albums section. I was wondering if i could just give those albums a tag and then get my featured album section to get the albums with that tag. or would i make an album called featured albums and make all the albums i want featured, children of that album and then have my featured album section call all the albums in the featured album root? any help to get me in the right direction appreciated. thnx

thnxs acrylian, but how would i call only one specific album to be displayed in a "featured section" on my index? seperate from the normal get album loop! does this make sense?

You would place a link to that album on the index.php page.
The link is returned by getAlbumLinkURL($album)
