Hello, I just installed ZenPhoto. Install went smooth, and I just uploaded 3 photos to my gallery. However, the photos do not show up--no thumbs, no medium views. The photo is there because I can see the full view.

I did not receive any error messages on install, nor did I receive any when uploading the photos.

Not sure what to do! Thanks in advance for your help.

I think I figured out the problem. My photos are just too large? 3264 x 2448. I uploaded some 1024x768 and they display correctly.

I didn't realize there was a size limitation. What is the largest size allowed? Can I change it to be higher?

I'm seeing the same problem with photos not showing up after upload with no error. What is the size limit? I currently can't upgrade the server because I'm using a hosting service. If I know the limits I can modify the images. Thanks.

Hello again. I have solved the problem. The images were damaged in some way. I re-read them into photo shop and re-saved them. Now they upload and show up in the tool.

I'm just do like below

1.Choose album that I want to put photos.

2.Choose photos by flash upload tool.

3.Put the upload button.

4.And............ Nothing!

Info Block just tell me "successful"

Below the block is nothing..........

So the album was no any photos.

How can clear the problem like that?

@akou: next time please don't post the same threetimes. Thanks. Please look into your server's error log, you might have wrong permissions to upload. Or your images exceed the upload limits.
