how to deploy php.ini - 549527 - 2009-04-04
When I installed zenphoto c some Warnings
　　PHP magic_quotes_gpc [is enabled]
　　PHP gettext() support [is not present]
　　PHP setlocale() failed
　　PHP mbstring package Your internal characater set is ISO-8859-1
　　Strict Permissions [is not in effect]
　　Server seems not to be Apache or Apache-compatible, .htaccess not required

S O tell me need to deploy php.ini
but i don't know hao to deploy.
