Hi,
I've just uploaded my zenphoto web site on my web server, and I saw that cache files are not created (I can't see them in the cache folder), so instead of thumbs, users can only see the pictures titles.
It works on my local server, and my web providers provide the gd library (i had uploaded my website last week and it used to work!)
so I don't understand why the cache files are not created anymore...
where is the script which create cache files?
if someone can help me... it is the last bug before I open my website!

make sure your webpath in the config.php are correct and also make sure your albums and cache directories are chmod 777

I've did it, everything is ok I guess : I can see the photos album in full size, but no thumbs. Thumbs are not even created!

Can we see your site? It's a lot easier to diagnose that way.
Also try going to /zen/i.php and see if it's accessible.
