I see no thumbnails, no image, just filename... - Brebiou - 2009-05-09

Hello all,

In first, I'm French and I excuse myself in advance for my bad English.

I installed Zenphoto and I dont see any image and any thumbnails.

I am hosted on 1&1.

I added the line “AddType x-mapp-php5 .php” like known as in section "Troubleshooting Zenphoto"

But, I see nothing, can you helped me?

Yes, except for magic_quotes_gpc and mbstring

The most likely cause of images/thumbnails not showing is insufficient memory to process the image you are trying to show. Please see our troubleshooting guide http://www.zenphoto.org/2009/03/troubleshooting-zenphoto/.

In addition, review your CGI logs to see if there are any errors being reported.

I already looked in troubleshooting and I didn't find a solution to my problem.

[EDIT] I tested an image of 150ko and it goes.

It is a problem of hosters. What advise me?

How can I know which is the maximum capacity of my server?

Your host should know that. You have two choices: Make your images smaller before uploading or ask your host to raise the memory limit.

Thank you all for support.

Good job for this gallery.

Best regards

We know of no way to determine the actual memory allocated to the scripts. Sorry.
