Dear sbillard,
My website is running with ZenPhoto 1.2.4, I'm planing to update with ZenPhoto 1.2.6. is there any special work need?, because i saw 1 new folder called zp-data and databse is around 40MB.
Last time while updating to ZenPhoto 1.2.4, i got an error message saying that script timeout, that's why i'm asking this question.

Note: in zenphoto 1.2.6rc2 admin all plugins version shows 1.2.6. is it ok?

Generally that should be not a problem. The new zp-data folder is just for taking some stuff like the config file out of zp-core. I don't remember any timeout errors but that might be server related.
Yes, all official plugins have now the version number of the release (as noted here: http://www.zenphoto.org/2009/07/version-126-rc1/)
