After I install ZP on "localhost" and upload some pic, the software links to the wrong directory:

example:
http://localhost/zenphoto/tag-1/

desire
http://localhost/zenphoto/albums/tag-1/

I searched the forum but I didn't find a solution, by the way: yes, I changed the rights to "777"

FG, that's how it's supposed to be. That's part of the rewrite rules.

So then is your problem that your photos are not showing up?

That's right. How can I solve this?

I think it's the config that looks for /zp instead of /zenphoto

check the file that you configured, zp-config.php, there it says what to do
