I have been having a problem with an album that just wouldn't go away when it was being deleted - even though ZP confirmed its deletion
I traced the problem to the fact that I am using Front page for the remainder of my site -and it had created a _vti_cnf file and as such wouldn't let it be deleted from the server.
The next time ZP was invoked it picked up on this redundant folder and treated it like a new folder and re-installed it.
Using rightftp I was able to empty the folder and then delete the parent folder - this time ZP didn't see the folder and it was gone.
So the fault didn't lie with ZP after all
