Permission Denied Directory Write - stpeter - 2010-12-18
After installing ZenPhoto on my GoDaddy server, I can't get ZenPhoto to read/write anything (files, images, .txt, etc.) to/on the hosting path. I have messed around with the permission settings, finally leaving the settings to File/Folder Permissions mask loose (0777). The whole thing installed fine, but it just doesn't seem to have folder permissions to read and write any data. It is very frustrating.
I am very technically inclined, but I can't figure this problem out. I am running that latest build of ZenPhoto version 1.3.1.2. Does anyone have any ideas as to why ZenPhoto won't work on GoDaddy? Any help would be appreciated.

I am relatively sure that there have been other users on GoDaddy. You will probably have to contact GoDaddy on this one.
