Systems Check:
PHP version 5.2.14
PHP Safe Mode
PHP magic_quotes_gpc [is enabled]

PHP gettext() support
PHP mbstring package [Your internal character set is ISO-8859-1]

Setting mbstring.internal_encoding to UTF-8 in your php.ini file is recommended to insure accented and multi-byte characters function properly.
MySQL setup in zp-config.php

This one above is the most troublesome, I cannot figure out MYSQL stuff, I have retyped and typed again, but nothing seems to work...

Your host should be able to tell you what the right MySQL credentials are. On the shared hosts I know it is never "localhost".
