setup error canoot access users tab - micheall - 2011-06-25 Ok, so while trying to troubleshoot the ticket I put in about the tinyzenpage, I decided I'd move over to my other host on this vps. I run setup, runs fine, no errors. Delete setup files, click link to create admin user. It brings me to the overview tab. I try to manually click users tab, nothing. Leaving me no ability to create an admin. This is a clean install of the 6-23 trunk: Any suggestions? Only thing in setup log is about setting UTF-8 and mod-rewrite being active. Also, nothing in server error logs. And have reuploaded the files twice now, including direct via wget to server. setup error canoot access users tab - micheall - 2011-06-25 Rolled back to the 1.4.1 release to get an install then upgraded. At least gave me access to the nightly build. Just a heads up. setup error canoot access users tab - micheall - 2011-06-25 Ok... I'm getting a ton of weird responses and usage errors with zenphoto, I'm going to assume this is something to do with a change on my server that my host made... setup error canoot access users tab - acrylian - 2011-06-25 So what "weird responses and usage errors" do you ecnounter? setup error canoot access users tab - micheall - 2011-06-25 First is the image processor not processing images. none of the thumbnails or sized images were loading. I could however access the full image just fine. It's not a memory issue either. Second would be the issue with the JS for tinypage not working. As far as I can tell there's no permission issues. I tried the update after sbillard corrected the typos and still got no results. Third was the setup issue not allowing me access to the user-tab even though the link was pointed in the right direction. All of this happened on a clean install of zenphoto on an empty vhost. Permissions were set correctly (755, which works), and all files/directories had appropriate owner/group assigned. I've tried with multiple downloaded packages (both tar/zip) downloaded directly with wget and indirectly then uploaded. I cannot find anything in any of the logs for apache or otherwise that shows any sort of errors. At no point does the memory top out either. Honestly I'm kind of frazzled trying to solve it at this point. I'm going to roll the server back 1 week to see if it was some recent change to something, and if I get no results on that I'll just put in a clean CentOS 5.6 on the vps and go at it again. As far as I can tell none of the errors seem to have any common thread to them. setup error canoot access users tab - acrylian - 2011-06-25 Ah, ok, so directly related to the strange issues with tinyZenpage we are not able to reproduce. setup error canoot access users tab - fretzl - 2011-06-26 Just had a similar issue with the SVN Trunk. |
