Add an option so certain users admin specifies can access to certain albums that are hidden to the public. I.E. user johnny is the only one who can access the hidden album visittojonny besides admin.

First, as you know, the forum is not the place to register a feature request. Things too eaily get forgot/missed here. Use the Trac ticket system.
Second, read the article on user rights. It will explain how you can already do this.
