hi ! i just installed ZP , and its absolutely without doubt the best FREE webgallery . unfortunately , i dunno how to set maximum uploadsize , its 12MB by default .. in what file must i configure the upload settings ? anyone ? thank you

That is a server setting. Contact your host

hmm .. you mean my website provider ? like "www.one.com" ? or ? ..
in the upload section it says :

Note: ZIP files must contain only Zenphoto supported image types. The maximum size for any one file is 12MB which is set by your PHP configuration upload_max_filesize.
Don't forget, you can also use FTP to upload folders of images into the albums directory!

isnt there anything i can do ? i have all the access i need , i just need to know where to set it ...

Generally it can be set in the php.ini file or via .htaccess. Your host (yes, the company where you bought your webspace) should be able to tell you that.
