Hi,
Probably a stupid question, but I have the same problem as many with the "lost password". A captcha does not appear, and I receive no email. Your troubleshooting guide then says to delete the "Administrators table" so one could re-run the setup.
But what IS the Administrators table? is it one of the admin-files located in zp-core? or perhaps several?
I'm using V. 1.4.1.3
my site is a simple gallery for art
and site is hosted by one.com.
Help is greatly appreciated!...

I have now dropped the admin table in mysql via my host, but now when I try and set up a new user, the table isn't there obviously. how do i then create a new table so that i may create a new account?

/zp-core/setup.php. Since you are requested to delete the files after installation you might need to reupload them first.
