The cause may be in-ability of writing .htaccess?
No way to solve this on my hoster (cwahi.net)
If so,can you recommend another free hoster? (with unlimited disk space)

Check your files/folders permissions.
As far as I can see from the info of your host, the folders permissions need to be set to 777.

The PHP gettext() is indeed not supported by your host.
This means the admin pages will be in English and you won't be able to run a multilingual site.
