It was working fine, for years now, but from yestarday on the index page are shown old albums only (2007...), not new ones (2012).

Any ideas..

Check the sorting setting maybe?

I'm not sure. Are you talking about admin area or host area?

The Zenphoto admin area of course as the host has nothing to do with the sort order of your albums naturally.

Should I do that manually, I mean dragging albums up one by one.

I sorted some of albums manually, dragging them up, but when I tried to save 'em by "Save Order" button, it did not work. The new order wasn't saved! On the top still remained 2007 albums...

As always you need to provide some info like errors for the server's php error log (ask your host): Also you said it worked "for years". This means probably your Zenphoto version is pretty outdated. That could be the reason for your trouble since your server probably has been updated over these years.

It is 1.2.1 version.

Sorry, we don't support such old versions anymore (we cannot even install them on our servers).
