I am using Zenphoto to share my pictures but I'm noticing an unusual behaviour. All images work fine if they are at 5760 x 3840 (horizontal orientation), however the second the image is 3840 x 5760 px (virtual orientation), they will not be shown or generate a thumbnail.

I briefly looked at the admin options and I can't seem to find anything that would allow me to adjust this. I am using the default theme.

Is there anyway I can get around this?

FIX:

Adjusting the " memory_limit " field in php.ini to a larger number will resolve this issue.

I'm having the same issue. I cannot find php.ini. Where is is located?? I'm new to this and have some understanding of programming in general, but not PHP specifically.

i'm using zpArdoise theme.

You will have to ask your host about that.
