Hey, ive got a problem. I've installed zenphoto as the installation says. But, when i try to access to the setup.php file. It says this:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /photos/zen/setup.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I don't know why this happens. Someone knows? Thanks

After that, if it still doesn't work, try removing your htaccess file altogether and changing mod_rewrite to false in your zp_config.php file.

If that still doesn't fix it, please let us know. Some helpful things to include for us to help are a phpinfo() output (for your ISPs PHP configuration) and possibly a post of your zp_config file (remember to blank out your username/password for your admin beforehand).
