I got the following and i am wondering why content woud get truncated even when content length is 10000.

printLatestNews(5,'none', '', false, false, 10000, true, '...');

Check you parameters, you have actually disabled the content.

I meant that some links on the sidebar were not showing. Somehow links whose dates on the localhost and server were incoherent, didnt display.
This was solved by correcting the dates of the news item.
