I am having intermittent 403 page errors when trying to apply changes to my website plugins.

Not having much joy from my webhost.

Does anyone have ideas or advise on this?

Would mod_security cause these errors - the server log files seem to indicate this.

Very well possible. I recently had to ask a host to relax the security because of these problems.

I have been onto my host and got this reply which I expected...

Disabling mod_security can make you site insecure and can led compromise of your site in the future. Confirm if you really want to disable this.

Maybe ask them to properly configure it instead... Or maybe tell us what it thinks it complains about what Zenphoto is doing...
