I realize this is in the requirements section of the installation instruction page. However I am going to double check.

Here is what is on my server:
FreeBSD 9.0
apache22-2.2.23_4
php5-5.4.10
mysql-server-5.5.29
gd-2.0.35_8,1

Is this acceptable to install and run Zenphoto?

That looks good actually. If you run Setup it will tell you if anythings is not fitting.
