When I try to log in, it sends me to a page that says:
The Zenphoto object you are requesting cannot be found.
Album: zp-core
Image: admin
with the web address:
http://www.snaperturephotos.com/zp-core/admin.php
What should I do to fix this? (I need to upload some images!)
Thanks.
Now I got the following error when logging in to OwnCloud:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@cloud.snaperturephotos.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at cloud.snaperturephotos.com Port 80
I have no idea what "Owncloud" and we really cannot support 1-click-installers. If your host provided that you have to ask them as apparently something went wrong. Generally your issue sounds like a missing or wrong htaccess file.
When I upgrade, will I lose my photos/albums/settings?
No, if you follow the install/upgrade instructions on our site:
http://www.zenphoto.org/news/installation-and-upgrading
Most likely you are having file access problems with your server. If the WEB server cannot access the zp-core/admin.php script it may well think that it is not a "real" file. In that case Zenphoto will treat it as if it were an image request, but of course that image does not exist.
This is not something that we can likely diagnose from a text conversation. It could be caused by file permissions or it could be caused by errant .htaccess rules. It could even be caused by something the Owncloud software has setup. Or something that the original Quickinstall program did wrong.
You will need to work with hoster to resolve these problems.
