When I try to log in, it sends me to a page that says:

The Zenphoto object you are requesting cannot be found.
Album: zp-core
Image: admin

with the web address:

http://www.snaperturephotos.com/zp-core/admin.php

What should I do to fix this? (I need to upload some images!)

Thanks.

Does this happen after you enter your logon credentials or just when you visit the page? If you immediately go to that link again, what happens?

Please also tell us the version of Zenphoto you are running.

When I visit the page, it asks me to log on. Then it appears. If I go to it again, it still asks me to log on.

If I vistit the site all works as it should. 1.4.3.3 is not the current version. I suggest to upgrade.

How? I can't access the admin panel, and I installed it with QuickInstall inside of HostGator. When I upgrade, will I lose my photos/albums/settings?

Now I got the following error when logging in to OwnCloud:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@cloud.snaperturephotos.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have no idea what "Owncloud" and we really cannot support 1-click-installers. If your host provided that you have to ask them as apparently something went wrong. Generally your issue sounds like a missing or wrong htaccess file.

No, if you follow the install/upgrade instructions on our site:

I upgraded, and it still says version 1.4.4.5. When I log in, it just reloads and clears the login screen.

Owncloud is a file storage system (it allows you to use your own server for cloud storage). www.owncloud.org

When I log in, it fails (both ZP and Owncloud)

Most likely you are having file access problems with your server. If the WEB server cannot access the zp-core/admin.php script it may well think that it is not a "real" file. In that case Zenphoto will treat it as if it were an image request, but of course that image does not exist.

This is not something that we can likely diagnose from a text conversation. It could be caused by file permissions or it could be caused by errant .htaccess rules. It could even be caused by something the Owncloud software has setup. Or something that the original Quickinstall program did wrong.

You will need to work with hoster to resolve these problems.

It turns out my PHP post_max_size was set to 64MB. I changed it to 64M and everything was fine.

Dumb, right?

However, now when I upload with jQuery, there are no progress bars, or any progress indicator.
