[EXIFDateTimeOriginal] seems to have omitted the milliseconds from the EXIF data that comes from the original image. Makes it difficult to sync back with external code.

Forget it it seems only a handful of programs can read the milliseconds properly I found another way

Feel free to make a change to the handler and a pull request to get it incorporated if you want.
