I don't edited recently my gallery and now I find this message "A corrupt configuration file was detected. You should remove or repair the file and re-run setup."

I already deleted and upload again the folder zp-core but this message is always online and my gallery is not available : http://www.t-u-f.net/galeries

What's happened ? How I can resolve this problem and avoiding to remove and reinstall all the folders ? I don't want to lose all my titles of pictures, I have more 5000 pictures :-(

The config file is within /zp-data (http://www.zenphoto.org/news/installation-and-upgrading#content-of-the-zenphoto-package).

Save the credentials within, delete it and re-run the setup script to fix it.

Those are not affected by this. You only need to fill in the same database credentials than before into the new file.

I've done that, and I lost all my titles :-(

Then you either didn't enter the same database credentials and/or removed your albums inbetween.
