Hi

I uploaded over a hundred images into an album. Every image's title and description show the text of the metadata caption. I want there to be no description, and I want the title to be the filename. Is there a way to batch-do this in the future? Took me a long time to clear all the descriptions and to set the titles.

Or even to sort the images in the album by filename, and then to automatically set the titles by numbering the photos ### starting from 000.

You can disable the metadata processing for the fields that you do not want imported. If there is no title imported it will default to the file name.

There is no bulk action to set the titles.

Hi sbillard

How do I do that exactly? I upload via FTP if that's significant.

look on the image options tab for "metadata" and you will see a list of fields that you can set to "show", "hide", or "do not process". Set the ones you do not want to "do not process".
