Hey guys,

I'd like to clone exactly what I have now and install it on completely different server as if two installations of Zenphoto are happening in sync. Is that possible? Do I use cloneZenphoto for such a task?

Or, do I have to export the database and install it on the other server (or perhaps something else)?

I feel like this wont be the easiest of tasks.. thanks in advance for any assistance.

cloneZenphoto is for running several otherwise independent Zenphoto sites to share one core (zp-core, standard themes) on the same server (if symlinks are supported by the server, on most shared hosts it is not for security and especially not external symlinks). It works of course with different domains that way as long as it is the same server.

It is not meant to "sync" installs at all. As you know Zenphoto does not support external sources for albums generally. You can try to symlink the /albums folder itself but that has not been tried.
