Hi, I have serious problems with my installation of zenphoto. Many pages shows up with 502 error. I have consulted it with my provider and we have done everything what was possible to eliminate this problem (reinstall, PHP memory limit etc). My other installations (WP, Drupal) have no troubles. Only zenphoto makes me sad. After all what have been done provider tells me that there may be a problem in rewrite functions of zenphoto. Is it possible?
Possible is a lot but hard to tell without some more info. Did you check your htaccess file being the correct one? modrewrite really enabled on Zenphoto (assuming the server has it)? Also which pages exactly cause the issue? Maybe you can post an anonymized log entry? Also always help ful is a link to the site in question.

Generally I would suggest to add such config line on top before all ZP stuff but that shouldn't matter.
So you say all kind of pages have this error? We need something we can realyl reproduce to find out what it might be.

in zenphoto logs is nothing about this. but in hosting logs is this witch shows some lines with error page loaded

That seems to be the access server log. Is there a security or error log on the server?
A 502 bad gateway is generally a server internal problem due to some configuration. I am sadly not a server admin. From my experience I never saw this on any standard shared host I installed Zenphoto on…
Can you try a simpler theme maybe (Zenpage or basic for example)? It might be that the theme I am not that famiiar with does a few things that are too heavy for the server for some reason and therefore results in that error. Just to rule out that is is just the theme…
You could also try if using Zenphoto without modrewrite makes any difference.
