After upload of update via ftp i don't see nothing

If I click on your url I get protocol://www.lourdesphoto.com/zp-core/setup/index.php?autorun=gallery which somehow looks weird as if there is a constant not defined. That might be a bug although I haven't seen it before.

Try to run setup directly via http://www.lourdesphoto.com/zp-core/setup/.

ZPFOCUS is not officially support so it might also be not compatible. But that is surely not the issue here right now.
