Avec le thème zenpage je n'arrive pas à avoir de menu aussi bien pour les visiteurs que pour moi même afin de pouvoir gérer sa propre galerie.
J'aimerai aussi avoir un lien sur la page d'accueil pour accéder directement à l'administration du site.

Enable the user_login_out plugin so you get a link in the sidebar.

En tant que simple utilisateur je ne vois pas non plus de lien pour gérer mes albums (ajouter des photos)

If you are logged in there is the admin toolbox on the top of your site's frontend. It provides links for everything the user has rights to.
