How can I enabled download pictures or zip files for users??

I read alot about plugins and menus, but not got luck to find a dummyguide

Can anyone explain to me, how to enable it please?

You have to enable the downloadList plugin and modify the theme you are using to use the functions it provides.

What is the problem exactly? You just have to add a function call to a theme page. Most likely that is image.php for the image itself. Where you have to add it there depends where you want it and which theme you are using. It's really not that complicated.

Also most themes provided a full image link on image on the image page that equals a download.
