In the beginning all my albums were in GALLERY2/GALLERY3. Then I discovered Picasaweb and moved them there. It got bought out by google and they became google albums. Then Google shutdown photos.google.com so I created a package of all my albums with them.

In the package is the large jpg, a small jpg, and a json file. The JSON file has all the metadata about the picture (includes comments about it).

Anyone aware of how I can take these files and load them into a new photo album system/software?

I started uploading them into a zenphoto deploy I created and realized I am losing all the comments/dates/etc.

Any thoughts and/or suggestions would be helpful.

You have to create an importer that maps the JSON data to the database as Zenphoto needs it. Similar game for any other system and all are different. This will be nothing you can do in five minutes I fear.
