Wow!! finally a simple elegant image gallery program that, as you say does everything I want! I love being able to just upload a folder of images and have it automatically create thumbs and low res images for me and a home page of all my galleries! I tried Coppermine, Gallery and PhpWebGallery. they all suck. I tried a whole bunch of Mac based programs that would create image galleries, they sucked too. This is how its supposed to be done.

My only issue was during install. I am not familiar with .htaccess and Mod_Rewrite so I had no idea what I was doing or what is was I was going to get when I got it right or why I was even screwing around with them. So I just turned off Mod_rewrite. seems to work just fine.

Here are a couple things I would like:

• more administration from the web I dont wana edit text files, like; thumb size, low-rez size, number of rows and colums, etc.

• sub folders, 1 level is all I need (sounds like it is partially implemented)

• more themes

• I would like to force ZP to create thumbs and low rez images instead of having the first visitor experience slow downloads
