At present, email notification to Admins of a comment being added seems "All or Nothing"

We have many admins, some responsible for only curating specific albums, who have no interest in responding to comments (that's a different admin!)

For a future release, can I suggest the ability to enable/disable email notification on an "Admin by Admin" basis?

As a bonus question; can email notification be given the option of "BCC" (for all Admins, not on a case by case basis) as not all Admins have or need contact details for all other admins?

Sounds like it makes sense. We'll put that on the long list ;-)

Experimentally, we've found if you untick Admin/User/Gallery/Comments, that user no longer gets email alerts; although the "tool tip" only says '... may make comment tab changes'. I suppose logically, there is no point in telling someone of a new comment if they have no power to do much about it?

Yes, indeed makes sense. I thought indeed these notifications only go to (full) admins and not also users with comments rights specifailly. But then I guess we actually already have what you needed, right?

Certainly fits our needs - many thanks (as always)

As a bonus, we've found that if a specific admin only has rights to a single top level album (and the above box is ticked), they only get emails about comments in that album and subsequent sub-albums...

Someone thought ahead, thank you

Yes, and it makes totally sense regarding our rights system And no, that someone thinking ahead was in fact not me ;-)

Thanks for making me aware of this as I personally respectively sites I do with ZP almost never use comments.
