as i can not post answers i opened an new threat.

The only blue button I see is the "Search thread" button.
No reply button visible - as you can see on the screenshot:

Weird, you are definately in a forum group that is allowed to reply. Thanks for letting us know. The forum migration went too well to be true apparently…
