I think I have a little problem
When I’m trying to upload photo from zenphotos own admin panel, I can’t see the new photo’s.. The folder I’m creating is coming, but not the pictures.. Why not :S

Have you made sure that your albums and cache folders has full permissions (CHMOD 777)?

I am having the same problem. However, I wrote some code for it to accept all kinds of files also.

Is there a way to get zen photo to upload non image files without FTP (if you use ftp the thumbnails wont show up).
