Thanks, I've never seen this site before, but it looks very nice.

I just want to correct a few things that are slightly skewed - first off, it reads as 'mostly javascript' because the Scriptaculous library is checked in, and it's probably more lines than all of zenphoto.

Thus, the project estimated cost is also off, because I didn't write half of that code. So divide it in half ;-)

I think the Ohloh guys are already working on this very common issue (how to detect libraries and dependencies). I just dropped them a line in the support forum.
