I installed Zenphoto with the stopped design theme and it works fine as long as the images are directly inside the gallery. But If I create multiple albums within the galleries, then I cant see anything. Is there a way to solve this problem?

You have a couple of options:

1. If you want to fix this now, download the nightly build from here: http://www.zenphoto.org/files/nightly

2. Wait until November 1st for the official 1.1 release.

Either way, stopdesign has been completely rewritten and looks extremely close to the original stopdesign theme.
