Im trying to install a gallery for my site http://ultimatekaty.wb.st. Ive downloaded the zip file but i dont know where to start! what do i do after i have downloaded it?

Look into learning more about server configuration yourself if you're going to install custom software, or otherwise use a service like Flickr, Photobucket, Zenfolio, or many others. Good luck!

ok lets just go thru it step by step.. when it says extract the files does that mean ALLLL the files that are in the zip file?

why? do u upload pics by zenphoto or ur host?

either way, but if it was slow to upload zenphoto (which is very small) it will be slow to upload photos as well.
